Job Title: Business Analyst

As we continue expanding our portfolio, we’re looking for a Business/Finance Analyst to analyze pricing trends, develop financial insights, measure key performance metrics, and collaborate across teams to optimize revenue and operational efficiency.

What would you do?
Develop financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business planning
Analyze pricing trends across our entire portfolio
Define and measure key performance metrics
Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation decisions, including ROI analysis
Deliver actionable insights to managers and analysts
Partner with software and data science teams to refine budgeting and analytics tools
Create compelling visualizations to communicate key insights
Conduct ad-hoc analysis for executives and work closely with the CFO
Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth

Strong analytical skills and a passion for understanding market dynamics

Experience transforming large data sets into scalable, actionable insights
Creativity and flexibility in problem-solving
Enthusiasm for the sports and entertainment industry
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing professional-quality analysis
Interest in developing internal tools to enhance automation and scalability
Willingness to work in an office setting five days per week (Houston, TX)
What qualifications and experience are expected for this position?
Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent experience required (Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business preferred)
Experience in an analytical or service-oriented role in technology, sports, or financial services preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
Understanding of finance and accounting principles
Familiarity with Data Visualization, SQL, and Python is preferred
Interest in live sports and entertainment
Must be authorized to work in USA on a fulltime basis, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
